The 80526 zip code for Fort Collins CO includes the west central and southwest portions of the city, and is characterized by established neighborhoods of existing homes, most built between 1950 and 2000, along with some newer neighborhoods and smaller commercial areas.

Hi Dick -- while still not at optimal levels, it's a good sign that inventory of homes for sale is ramping up(at least somewhat).  Anyone thinking of making a move in Fort Collins or elsewhere in the areas you serve would be smart to contact you and Mary for your expert opinion of the real estate market.
