The 80526 zip code for Fort Collins CO covers the west central and southwest portions of the city, and contains established neighborhoods of existing homes, most built between 1950 and 2000, with some newer neighborhoods and smaller commercial developments.

 

Inventory has been low, inadequate to meet high buyer interest in this area of the city, but has been rising in recent months. There are only 63 homes currently on the market in the 80526 zip code, priced from a low of $200,000 to a high of $1,150,000. There are another 67 homes under contract and waiting to close.

Good morning Dick, low inventory of homes for sale has been challenging for many parts of the country for the past few months. This should send a message of urgency to Fort Collins home buyers but it's a great time to list.

HI Dick -- hopefully that high sale-to-list percentage will be attractive enough to help move some of the homeowners to hop off the fence and put a for sale sign post in the ground --- and better if it's one with your name on it.

Hi Dick -- with the impressive sold-to-list-price percentage maybe this will encourage some homeowners to hop off the fence and decide to plant a for sale sign in their lawn -- hopefully many of those signs will have your name on them.
