This is the July 2017 Real Estate Market Report for
Fort Collins CO Homes for Sale in Zip Code 80525

 

The 80525 zip code for Fort Collins CO consists of the east central and near-southeast sections of the city, and includes established neighborhoods of existing homes, new homes being built in developing subdivisions and extensive commercial development along the main thoroughfares.

 

While inventory has risen in recent months, it continues to fall short of meeting the high levels of buyer demand. There are 105 homes for sale at the present time in the 80525 zip code area, ranging from a low of $300,000 to a high of $2,995,000. There are an additional 106 homes under contract and waiting to close.

The sale price/list price ratio for these 416 homes was 99.5%, a sign of a strong seller's market.

Hi Dick, 

It is easy to see that the Fort Collins  80525 zip continues to show an upward trend on the median price.  Sellers need to look at this and get with you because the value of their home is probably at the highest level so far. ...Selling power!

Conversely, buyers have to get off the fence and have you and mary help them find the best home value now. It may be higher the longer they wait!
