The 80620 zip code consists of the city of Evans, on Greeley's southeastern border, and contains single family homes in older existing neighborhoods on the south and west, new home development on the western edge, and mixed retail and commercial development in the northeast corner, adjacent to Greeley's central business district.

 

Inventory in the 80620 zip code continues to be much lower than optimal - there are only 14 homes for sale, priced from a low of $58,500 to a high of $360,000. Wow inventory is really low in Greeley's 80620 zip code.  I bet buyers are scrambling.

Dick, it seems like inventory, or lack of it, is impacting many markets across the nation - Greeley 80620 is no exception.  One exception is that buyers and sellers definitely want to hire Mary and Dick to represent them with their real estate needs.
