Home sales in Hunters Cove have been slow so far this year, constrained by a lack of homes available for sale. Only 3 homes have sold, priced from a low of $282,000 to a high of $357,500, with a median price of $336,500 and an average price of $325,333. Market performance has been excellent, with an average days to get an offer at 4, and average days on the market at 22. The Sale Price/List Price ratio for these 3 homes was 99.9%, showing high demand and a strong buyer's market.
