The 80620 zip code in the Greeley CO area includes the city of Evans, located on Greeley's southeastern border, and is characterized by single family homes in older existing neighborhoods on the south and west, some new home development on the western edge, and mixed retail and commercial in the northeast corner, adjacent to Greeley's central business district.

This is a great in-depth look at the real estate market in Greeley Colorado.  Inventory continues to be a problem for all.
