This is the April 2017 Real Estate Market Update for
West Point Homes for Sale in Greeley CO

 

While buyer interest in this attractive West Greeley neighborhood is strong, home sales in West Point have been limited over the past several years by a lack of available inventory. So far in 2017, there has been only one sale - a 4 bedroom ranch-style home sold after 54 days on the market for $275,000, with a sale price/list price ration of 98.4%.

It is encouraging to see an increase in inventory since the beginning of the year - there are 4 homes currently on the market in West Point, priced from a low of $388,906 to a high of $799,900. There is one other home under contract and waiting to close. We are hopeful of seeing more homes become available for sale as we move into the more active spring season.

Hi Dick --- hopeful is a good word to keep in mind this Spring when it comes to increased inventory of homes for sale in West Point as well as other Greeley neighborhoods.   Here's hoping some of those new listings have your name attached to them too.
