Buyers would be wise to call you Dick Greenberg  to be on a list for homes in Weber West Greely Co . Sellers thinking of making a move should call you to get the best possible price for their home .

Hi Dick -- your update for Weber West reflects a common theme we see in some of our local neighborhoods as well.  Here's hoping the second quarter of 2017 brings more inventory ---- buyers are ready and homeowners may realize some pretty nice net proceeds especially those who list with you and Mary.
