Hi Dick, with low inventory of homes in St Michaels in Greeley CO, it's easy to see the reason behind low number of sales thus far. The best thing buyers can do is to contact you today and not waste another day as those three active homes can be under contract tomorrow.

If buyers are interested and want to live in Saint Michaels the lack of inventory make a decision much easier this or that.
