This is the March 2017 Real Estate Market Update for
Hunters Cove Homes for Sale Greeley CO

 

Home sales in Hunters Cove have been limited for the last several years by a lack of homes for sale. High buyer interest has created upward pressure on prices, as the homes that have been offered for sale during that time sold quickly. There have been no home sales thus far in 2017 in the neighborhood.

After several years of very limited availability, 2017 began with some encouraging signs for buyers interested in the neighborhood. Two are already under contract, while the third, which has been on the market only a few days, is a 5 bedroom 2-story priced at $411,360. Hopefully, we will see additional homes become available as we move into the spring season.

Great overview of the Hunter's Cove community. Despite the challenges of the market there buyers will appreciate knowing what the market is like, and can readily see that the care and attention you give to your market overview will carry over to the expert guidance you will provide them during their transaction with you.

Hi Dick Greenberg - It is very apparent that you understand this market. When there is little inventory in a great neigborhood like Hunters Cove in Greeley, CO, there is definelty upward pricing pressure. They need you to guide them.
