Home sales have been slow in Country Club West so far this year, most likely because inventory levels are at seasonal lows and little is available for sale. There have been 4 sales, ranging in price from a low of $325,000 to a high of $374,900, with a median price of $3273,000 and an average price of $338,475. Market performance has been good - the average days to get an offer was 34 days, and the average days on market was 89 days. The list price/sale price ratio for these 4 homes was 100.2%, showing a dtrong seller's market and high buyer demand.

None is definitely without question an acture shortage of homes in Country Club West Greeley.  If anyone should decide to sell their home, they would be very wise to hire Mary and you for great service and savvy.  A

Dick maybe it is for birds to park on top of the house? Or is that to keep the birds away? either way I  like the house and on a side note Diane wants a fence like but taller so the dog could come out to the front yard:)Endre

Hi Dick -- like Sheri Sperry - MCNE® and Endre Barath, Jr. I have also noticed the cake-like topping of the house in your photo.  I believe the Victorian-like influence(for lack of a better description) is further proof that less is more is not alive in this architectural theme.   

The critique aside, it will be nice to see some increased inventory levels in Country Club West and other neighborhoods in your market while buyer interest remains high.
