Many are seeking to smart sizing to a more manageable home..townhomes and condos are always a good choice. With the inventory constantly changing a buyer would be best to give you a call and set them up on a search for the perfect place that comes on market.

Hi Dick... a few years ago, we could hardly give townhomes and condos away. Now that single family homes have gotten more expensive, many buyers are buying condos and townhouses again and they seem to fly out the door and aren't any bargain any more, either.
