Home sales are off to a good start in Mariana Butte so far in 2017 - there have been 7 homes sold, ranging in price from a low of $350,000 to a high of $518,810, with a median price of $405,000 and an average price of $419,481. Market performance has been very good, considering that the new construction in the neighborhood has lengthened the time on market, with average days to get an offer at 6 days, and average days on the market at 115 days. The sale price/list price ratio for these 7 homes was 99.6%, a sign of high buyer demand and a seller's market.
