Home sales in Hunters Run are off to a good start so far in 2017 - there have been 4 sales, ranging in price from a low of $309,900 to a high of $412,500, with median price of $349,500 and an average price of $355,350. Market performance was good, with an average days to get an offer of 22 and an average days on the market of 51. The sale price/list price ratio for these 4 homes was 99.2%.

Hi Dick -- it certainly appears the lack of inventory is not an anomoly in Hunters Run.   Those who are interested in making a move to the neighborhood should contact you immediately to understand the market, the importance of timing and possible alternatives.  After all, you are the real estate experts in Loveland and the Northern Colorado areas you serve.  It will be the first smart move they can make.

Yikes - only one home for sale in Hunters Run.  Hopefully sellers will get ready to list soon.

That photo explains why homes are scarce in Hunters Run, buyers will do well to have you notify them when a home becomes available so they don't miss out.
