Home sales have been good so far this year in Mariana Butte - there have been 37 homes sold, ranging in price from a low of $267,000 to a high of $1,000,000, with a median price of $410,000 and an average price of $467,824. Market performance has been good, given that the amount of new construction in the neighborhood has resulted in some added time, with average days to get an offer at 78 days, and average days on the market at 137 days. The sale price/list price ratio for these 37 homes was 98.1%.
