Boise Village Loveland CO Homes for Sale

 

Home sales in Boise Village have been very slow, simply because very few homes have been placed on the market, a condition that has persisted for several years now. So far in 2016, there have only been 10 homes sold, priced from a low of $260,000 to a high of $324,000, with a median price of $288,250 and an average price of $288,653.  The average days to get an offer was 10 days, and the average days on the market was 60. The sale price/list price ratio for these 10 homes was 100.5%, indicative of good buyer interest and a strong seller's market.

While we don't have that problem here, having no inventory is a curse.  Hope it opens up a bit soon.

Hi Dick -- it appears that Boise Village is like many neighborhoods in our market as well where inventory of homes available for sale has been limited.   It obviously has an impact on the sales so hopefully some area homeowners who have been thinking of selling will see this report and contact you.
