Kelly Farm looks like a great Greeley community with very limited inventory.

I can see why this is a popular neighborhood in Greeley. Micheal says it perfectly, you are the only folks to call for real estate needs in Northern Colorado.

That limited inventory scenario seems to be epidemic. My market isn't as bad as yours, but in certain price ranges, it's difficult to find the perfect home for my buyers.
