That is definitely an "acute" shortage! And a really "acute" shortage of inventory in Hunter's Run.  However, should anyone decide to list their home in Hunter's Run in Loveland, they should call you for great service.

Hi Dick -- the lack of inventory which you describe as "acute" is far from an attractive situation for buyers.  However, they along with prospective sellers will be wise to contact you to have a better chance for success in achieving their real estate goals in Hunters Run or any of the neighborhoods you serve in Loveland and Northern Colorado.

Hi Dick, what better time than now to list in Hunters Run than now. Homeowners looking to sell must give you a call and work with one of the best Realtors.

Only one home available????  Boy - Hunters Run must be a very popular neighborhood with the folks who live there.

Low inventory seems to be plaguing a lot of neighborhoods. I mentioned this in my market report I did for today.

It looks like Hunters Run is a desirable place to live - only one home for sale, low turnover, and $103.20 p/sq.ft. for a beautiful 4 bedroom home with a three-car garage.

Looking at many SP/LP ratios around the country your 98.1% is nearly topping the chart I believe.
