Hi Dick, it's probably safe to assume buying a home in the $300k range in Westchase is near impossible. Buyers and sellers in Fort Collins CO would benefit from your market and neighborhood knowledge.

Only 4 available homes in Westchase.  Sounds like inventory is still a challenge in your Fort Collins neighborhoods.

Ten sales in a single neighborhood for the first half of the year would be a record good year in my market. Although I see the problem. It seems to be endemic on the front range.
