Real estate activity in The Harvest continues to be limited, and the reason is certainly a lack of homes for sale. The neighborhood is highly popular - its desirable SE Fort Collins location and unique features, such as extensive open space, alley-loading garages, distinct architecture, and comfortable floor plans, are always a preference for home buyers and demand remains strong. When homes do come on the market, they attract multiple offers and sell very quickly.


There are no homes currently available for sale, and only one home under contract and waiting to close.

Market performance was excellent, with average days to get on offer of 6 and average days on the market of 44. The sale price/list price ratio for these 10 sold homes was 99.4%, indicative of high buyer demand and a seller's market.

Harvest Park must be a very desirable neighborhood with no current listings for sale.  I bet buyers are anxious for the next home to hit the market.
