It doesn't sound like West Point is suffering from the same lack of inventory as a lot of Colorado is experiencing right now.

Another stellar report for the West Point neighborhood in Greeley. The photo of the home you feature is intriguing - refreshing in its unique design. I am so over all houses looking the same. :)  I swear most of our local builders use the same damn architect who is stuck on 3 - 5 craftsman plans. If this neighborhood features a diverse styles of homes,  I'd want to take a tour for that reason alone.

You do a great job with the market reports of the various communities/subdivisions within the Fort Collins and Northern Colorado area!  West Point in Greely sounds like it's a nice neighborhood with spacious homes.

More activity is always welcomed Dick Greenberg . We started off the year in a frenzy that slowed in June with a lack of listings, but i got 4 new ones last week, should make for a busy July
