So far this year, there have been 2 homes sold - a 4 bedroom 2-story priced at $408,545 and a 5 bedroom ranch-style priced at $490,000. Both of these homes sold earlier in the year, and there have been no home sales during the last 3 months. Market performance for these two homes was mixed - the less expensive home got an offer in one day, while the other was on the market for 160 days before contract. The sale price/list price ratio for these 2 homes was 95.7%.
