There is considerable new residential construction underway in Loveland at the present time - builders are active in a broad range of locations, with an excellent choice of styles, sizes and price. Currently, there are 120 new homes for sale in Loveland, ranging from a low of $189,000 to a high of $1,101,370. Note: In new home construction, the sale price often exceeds 100% of list price because of the cost of upgrades and add-ons, and the days on market tends to be longer than usual, due to construction time.

Dick, your point about all new construction homes not showing on the MLS is an important factor for buyer to keep in mind.  And a good reason to hire local specialist Dick Greenberg to assist them with the new construction or resale home purchase.

Agree with Kathleen's point. It's true, you will likely know how to find the currently "hidden" inventory not yet available publically.  Just another reason to hire Mary and Dick!
