The 80528 zip code for Fort Collins CO covers the southeast portion of Fort Collins, and is the site of most of the recent growth in Fort Collins. It consistently demonstrates high popularity with buyers, as it includes many new and newer neighborhoods, a substantial amount of on-going new home construction, and extensive commercial development.
