The 80526 zip code for Fort Collins CO includes the west central and southwest portions of the city. It is characterized by established neighborhoods and existing homes, most built between 1950 and 2000, along with a few newer neighborhoods, and some scattered commercial development.

I am (trying) to work with three sets of buyers right now.  Inventory is the issue.  Seems I check MLS every hour on the hour and there just isn't much out there for these poor folks.  When something pops - it is an all out bidding war.  I see you are experiencing the same thing in Fort Collins.  We certainly earn our commissions these days.
