The 80521 zip code for Fort Collins CO consists of the northwestern section of the city, along with the west side of the Old Town neighborhood. It is characterized by older existing homes, as well as some less dense semi-rural development. Much of Fort Collins' affordable housing stock is located in zip code 80521.
