Westchase looks and sounds like a great neighborhood.  Not  much inventory which tells us people love living in Westchase.

Hi Dick --- as I look at your recap of real estate market activity in the Westchase neighborhood --- I'm rather amazed at sizes of the some of the homes there --- the number of homes with square footages in excess of 5000 square feet is just not that common in our market.
