Market performance was good, with an average days to offer of 29 days and an average days on market of 59 days. The sale price/list price ratio for these 190 homes was 98.8%.

I really liked the look of Old Town Fort Collins during my visit - way back when. ;) It would be smart to buy one of the lower priced homes and do some restoration work - I'm sure this area will continue to gain in value. Although, I defer to you and Mary - the true market experts.
