I like the sign at Kelly Farm - very welcoming. I can see why there is little turn-over. It sounds like another awesome spot to call home in Greeley. Bet you and Mary are busy getting ready for the big holiday. We are almost there.

That picture reminds me of a neighborhood not far from me called Agritopia. I love that subdivision. Kelly Farms sounds tough to get in to because of the lack of homes for sale.

Dick - Kelly Farms looks like a lovely place to call home!  With such a low inventory buyers would be smart to call you first to have the best chance of securing a new home.
