Very nice market update for your area.  It is that time of year again when sellers hold back from listing their homes for sale.  Short inventory makes it difficult for buyers out there.

Hi Dick - even as the temperatures cool, there are real estate transactions to be done.  So if there is a homeowner (in any Fort Collins zip code) thinking of selling or a buyer thinking of a purchase, this might be the right opportunity especially if they call you and Mary Greenberg for representation.

Thank goodness we have past the low inventory situation in Northern VA.  Trying to help buyers when there isn't much to choose from is so difficult.
