Market performance has also been excellent, with an average days to offer of 28 days and an average days on market of 57 days. These 157 homes sold for an average of 99.0% of list price.

Hi Dick -- as I have commented before, Old Town Fort Collins is one of my favorite market reports of yours to read.   Will there be a lot of trick-or-treaters in this neighborhood?  In my mind, there is lots of Halloween spirit.
