Those homes that have sold have done so quickly - the average days to offer was 10 and average days on market was 50. For these 4 sold homes, the sale price/list price ratio was 99.1%.

Hi Dick -- I was looking at the price per square foot for homes on the market for sale and sold in Hunters Run in Loveland CO -- that's a lot of value for the $$$.
