Boise Village remains very attractive to affordable home buyers, but sales activity has been restricted because of a lack of available inventory. So far in 2015, only 4 homes have sold, priced from a low of $265,000 to a high of $295,000, with a median price of $283,750 and an average price of $281,875. The average days to get an offer was 5 days, and the average days on the market was 40. For these 4 sold homes, the sale price/list price ratio was 102.6%, indicative of heavy buyer demand and a strong seller's market.
