The average days to get an offer was 68, with an average days on the market of 115. For these 18 homes, the sale price/list price ratio was 100.1%, higher than normal because 10 of the 18 sold homes were new construction, with upgrades and extras accounting for higher-than-list sold prices.

Hi Dick - Alford Meadows seems to be in better balance(inventory of homes available to sell) versus some other Northern Colorado neighborhoods you so expertly cover.
