Ah, the disappearing segment of our home inventory - affordable homes. I see you have about the same number of these homes as we do in most areas around Clark County. Pretty sad. :(

Dick it's hard to see such a limited availabity of affordable homes in Loveland (and our area as well).   Home buyers looking for an affordable home need the best possible agents representing them. You & Mary know your market and how to negotiate, especially in multiple offer situations.  Great report!

Hi Dick -- the always challenging world of affordable homes along with and a changing definition of the term makes finding the right real estate partner so important. In Loveland and throughout the Northern Colorado areas you cover - buyers couldn't choose a better real estate resource than you and Mary Greenberg.

There may be a low amount of homes for sale, but that is a strong amount of pending sales. It is the same here. Have a good day

Just using the words Affordable homes will get peopel looking, Dick. I have to agree that this is a good selection of homes that will not burden the pocketbooks of Loveland CO buyers.
