Hi Dick

Nice report on the five bedroom community in Greeley. I am writing comments on the plane which presenly is delayed fo over 2 hours. Some yahoo overfilled the plane , and they are siphoning  off 2000pounds of fuel. Hopefully we will take off soon, and be home before traffic.

Geez, 25 homes with 5 bedrooms - not a huge choice for Greeley buyers, they'll need the expert guidance of you and Mary if they hope to purchase one of the available properties.. Let's hope some sellers start shaking loose  and consider a move soon.
