You know it is a desirable neighborhood when the inventory is so low. The affordable pricing has to be part of the reason, Dick.

Good morning Dick, affordable homes do sell fairly quickly in every market, Boise Village is no different. Homeowners thinking about selling must give you a call.

Hi Dick -- I can see that the pending home sale in Boise Village in Loveland is likely going to increase that average/median closed prices of the limited home sales in the community.

Finding affordable real estate is difficult in many markets and those looking to buy or sell in Northern Colorado will be wise to contact you and Mary for local and expert guidance.
