Good morning Dick, not a large inventory of condos and townhomes in Loveland CO, buyers must act fast before prices go up and there's no inventory. Townhomes and condos are great options for those who are looking for a more manageable place to live in, I wish we had more in my area.

Hi Dick -- I like how you always present the facts of a given market segment in a very concise manner.  It's true in this report fo Loveland condos and townhomes and everything.

Hi there, buyers would be wise to have you and Mary set up a customized web site and search for the available condos and townhomes in Loveland. This week, I got 3 inquiries about a Pending Listing - they all found it on either Zillow m orTrulia. People who rely on those sites for their real estate data are not being properly served - they need us. They really do. :)

Dick,

Interesting report on townhomes in Loveland. It seems like this is townhomes report day with Michael Jacobs report, and selling day with Belinda Spillman who sold one in one day.  Debb Janes makes a good point that your information is current, and that people should work with you and Mary.  A

You've done a fine job covering the Loveland CO Condos and Town Homes Dick. Many people want the single family feel and a condo won't do it but a townhome will.
