Hi there, Dick. I sure hope home affordibility isn't disappearing from the landscape. It's kind of crazy how quickly home prices are inching up again. I sold a new Lennar home last month for $336,000 ( that's affordable in Camas) - and the same model sold for 10K more this week. The sales agent confirmed it's the exact floor plan with no upgrades or lot premiums involved. Wow - supply, demand.

Hi Dick - as the comments here have stated and as you and I have discussed the term "affordable" not only varies by community but is practically a moving target in our own markets.  As Debb Janes responded, we need this important segment to flourish.  It really helps everyone to have affordable homes available.

Loveland is a HOT market.  I can see why there is limited inventory in the affordable price range.
