2015 is off to a good start for home sales in the Old Town area - there have been 39 homes sold, ranging in price from a low of $225,000 to a high of $968,321, with a Median Price of $370,000 and an Average Price of $409,865. Market performance was also good, with an average days to offer of 45 days and an average days on market of 71 days. These 39 homes sold at a sale price/list price ratio of 97.8%.

I haven't quite fitured out why but the term "old town" always attracts the attention of buyers. 

Is it expected value or atmosphere???

Hi Dick -- that's an interesting observation made by Lenn Harley and there's definitely something that always intrigues me about your Old Town Fort Collins market updates.  It appears there is some variety of homes for sale available in the neighborhood which hopefully will fit some of your buyers' needs in your inventory-challenged market.

Dick,

Joining the conversation on the "old town" subject that Lenn Harley commented on and Michael Jacobs expounded further.  For me it means history, interesting achitecture and matured landscape.  

It also denotes character and individuality. It has a romantic perspective for many of us.  I love the picture you use because it says all that.  The premium price is worth it too many.
