Hi Dick -- I like how you let readers know that inventory of homes for sale in Poudre River Ranch is better than they might expect to find in other Greeley CO neighborhoods.  It appears that prices remain strong with  a very respectable sale to list percentage.  

Your local knowledge is beneficial whether a person is a prospective buyer or seller.

I noticed a trend this week as a hit the ground running with a massive increase in market reports. My comments have dropped to lower single numbers, even a couple with 0 but the phone rang within an hour of posting one with a new listing. So for business they are great and a new blog with my insights on what to post is in my near future,
