Kelly Farm, like many other Greeley neighborhoods, is off to a fairly slow start for 2015 home sales. The demand is there, but there just haven't been sufficient homes available to meet that demand. Market performance was good, with an average days to get an offer of 78, and average days on the market of 113. The sale price/list price ratio for these 3 homes sold was 99.4%.

Hi Dick --- it seems to be a trend in many communities -- few properties on the market and stagnant closed's hoping inventory of homes for sale in Northern Colorado starts to increase in Spring.
