Hi Dick -- it appears that prospective home buyers in the luxury segment of the market may have a bit of an edge when it comes to Greeley CO real estate right now.   They should definitely contact you and Mary to determine the best strategy when it comes to finding the right property as things can and do change.

Sellers, too, should be aware of your extensive marketing expertise and local knowledge, regardless of price category, as you have the ability to achieve the best possible results throughout the areas you serve in Northern Colorado.
