The 80526 zip code for Fort Collins CO consists of the west central and southwest portions of the city. It is comprised of mostly established neighborhoods and existing homes, the majority built between 1950 and 2000, along with a few newer neighborhoods, and some commercial development.

Hi Dick - it's always interesting to me to read market reports from other parts of the country.   This update for Fort Collins zip code 80526 references that most of the homes were built between 1950 and 2000 along with some newer neighborhoods.   In some of the areas in my market -- anything built between 1950 and 2000 is sometimes considered "newer".   

Once again -- real estate is always "local".   No one knows Fort Collins real estate quite like you.
