Dick, that is quite a price range from $279,000 to $3 million.  Sales to list price is a great indicator for buyers and sellers.  Old Town Fort Collins CO certainly seems to have something for everyone.

Hi Dick, older homes have so much character, they're in established neighborhoods and most are refurbished. Old Town in Fort Collins CO has much to offer, wide range of prices is a huge plus for buyers.
