Another great report Dick, you would have laughed yesterday. A bank had given me about 12 BPOs this week all on different style condos. The QC person obviously was not familiar with condos, hoa and or different styles made my life difficult trying to explain them.

Dick, it looks like the Greeley townhome and condo market has been performing quite well. Close to 99% of asking and an average of 35 days to get an offer suggests there's still quite a bit of competition. Good overview.
