Dick great report, I complete a lot of bpos in a week and last i got 6 luxury homes from one bank and noticed there is a large supply of them here too compared to homes in the starter or step up or move up price ranges.

That is a very good sales price to list price ratio in comparison to ours. It looks like these sellers are pricing their homes correctly.
