Dick, low inventory is the trend in so many markets across the nation.  I look forward to seeing a shift to a more stabilized market.  What we have now is great for sellers ... markets always shift ... history proves that.

Hi Dick -- monthly reports on neighborhoods such as you have shown here for Westchase in Fort Collins is a good barometer for both buyers and sellers.   There can be subtle changes that can be seen over time especially when analyzed with the behind-the-scenes knowledge of someone like you.

Dick, looks like this area is still in a seller's market. Time for sellers to take advantage and get their home on the market with someone who knows how to price things right. If one is  buying, even more reason to work with someone who really knows the market. Mary and Dick, of course!

Hi Dick, 99% sale to list price ratio for Westchase Fort Collins should encourage homeowners thinking about selling to act on it. Buyers should act quickly before there's NO inventory.
