Old Town homes continue to sell quickly, with an average days to offer of 34 days and an average days on market of 70 days. And home values remain stable, with these 66 homes selling for a sale price/list price ratio of 98.3%.


There are 25 homes for sale in Old Town, priced from a low of $225,000 to a high of $1,250,000 - providing a broad range of choice in sizes, styles, condition and features. Additionally, there are 22 homes under contract and waiting to close. Hi Dick -- I know I've mentioned it before but it's because it's true --- of the various updates on Fort Collins neighborhoods there's something about Old Town is very appealing to me.   Have a great Saturday.
