I can only encourage buyers to give you a call before they head out to look at new homes. Builders and their reps will often tell you they can handle the transaction. However, it's ALWAYS best to have your own representation. You and Mary are the best around to protect their interests and ensure the most favorable outcome. D

Dick,  I love to see YELLOW out in the fields going to work.  Some girls like to look at flower fields, but not me.  New construction gets me giggly.
